Popcorn Sutton
We watched a really good documentary on PBS last night called The Last One. It's the story of Popcorn Sutton, a lifelong moonshiner in the hills on North Carolina, while he makes his last batch of moonshine whiskey. It is really a fascinating process and Popcorn is quite the character (if you couldn't tell just by looking at him!).
This documentary also adds in some history into the moonshine business and all the propogranda surrounding moonshine. It won an Emmy last year, so it is definitely one to check out!
