Babymoon/Anniversary #3

With baby quickly approaching we decided to combine our third anniversary with a babymoon. Since my last flying adventure during pregnancy was a complete bust, we opted for a destination a little closer to home - Utah. The awesome thing was that I was able to take all of my pregnancy necessities now-a-days like my body pillow, humidifier, foot spa, and massive supply of snacks.

The highlight of our trip was Moab where we went to Arches National Park.

Balanced Rock

We saw lots of arches.

Including the famous Delicate Arch.

Unfortunately, Matt's Couvade Syndrome flared up again and he too thought he was 31 weeks pregnant.

On Sunday we drove through Colorado National Monument in Grand Junction, CO.
Finally we explored the areas around Grand Junction known for their wineries and peach orchards. We found a really nice family run winery, Carlson Winery, where they make their own peach wine, made of course from local Palisade Peaches.

Then we drove through the peach orchards of Palisade and found a nice orchard where we bought a whole flat of peaches. I think a yummy peach cobbler is in order!
