We planted a variety of fruits and veggies over Father's Day and have anxiously been waiting to see if we were actually going to have anything grow large enough to eat. Last night we discovered all of our hard work paid off. Our zucchini plants have exploded over the past few weeks and it seemed like overnight a small zucchini exponentially grew into a huge zucchini.
We are eating it tonight so hopefully it tastes as delicious as it looks! Pretty soon we hope to have a squash and some tomatoes to try out.
